NOUR I. SHATLEH, J.D., LL.M.
Nour Shatleh is a proud Coog: after graduating early from the prestigious Honors College program at the University of Houston, she went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center. She also received her Master of Laws & Letters (LL.M.) in Health Law at UHLC.
Following law school, Nour worked with the Texas Children’s Hospital’s Risk Management Department, where she helped analyze claims and formulate policies to reduce risk to patients and healthcare providers. Nour then went into private practice with a national firm, where she focused exclusively on litigation. After that experience, Nour decided to establish her own practice and help real people solve real problems.
Nour now practices in the areas of Family Law, Wills and Probate, Small Business Litigation & Transactions, Real Estate Transactions, and Health Law. She has served clients in numerous divorces, child custody and support modifications, as well as paternity cases. Nour also brings experience in commercial law to assist clients in solving their business disputes. Nour prides herself as a dedicated advocate for her clients – whether in a mediation, deposition or at trial. She always places her clients’ interests first, and tailors her services to provide the best value for her clients.
As an experienced trial lawyer, Nour understands that trials in court are often costly, time-consuming, and involve a lot of heartache. As a certified and skilled mediator, Nour brings experience as a lawyer and a mediator to serve other lawyers and their clients to expeditiously resolve their conflicts amicably and cost-effectively.
Nour’s clients have included some of American’s largest companies, such as American International Group (AIG), but she now focuses on working with individuals and small business owners with whom she can establish meaningful relationships.
